Common faults and solutions of ECO Solvent machines encountered in work
1. ECO solvent machine produces a tilted image
Many customers encounter this issue in the actual operation process. For foreign customers, I will first video them and let them operate the problem points on site, so that I can observe and understand the problem more clearly. I will ask the customer to first check if the bearings are balanced, and if the paper clips are damaged or deformed. If these are all correct, then check if the decoder and grating are damaged or malfunctioning. Finally, check important components such as the motor and nozzle small plate. By following a certain process step by step inspection, the root cause of the problem can be quickly identified and the problem can be quickly addressed. This method of elimination one by one is very effective.
2. The ECO solvent machine breaks the ink
This issue is both frequent and challenging for customers. A customer has found that the machine has broken ink during actual production. Generally, I will first analyze whether the machine is blocked by spraying. If it is a simple blockage, first let the machine's built-in nozzle ink extraction and cleaning function clean it. After cleaning, check if it can operate normally. If not, determine if the nozzle may be severely blocked. Remove the nozzle, soak it in cleaning solution, and then clean it. After completing this step, restart the machine to see if there is a broken ink. Finally, it was found that there was still a broken ink. There are other reasons for the analysis. I have analyzed that there may be air leakage in the ink supply system of the machine: poor sealing of any link in the ink supply circuit of the machine can cause air leakage, such as ink bags, ink tubes, ink cartridges, etc. Air leakage in the ink supply circuit can also cause the machine to malfunction with broken ink during printing. I first carefully checked the sealing of the ink cartridge cover, whether there was any air leakage in the ink cartridge, whether the connection between the ink cartridge and the ink cartridge was well sealed, whether the connection between the ink cartridge and the ink tube was well sealed, and whether the connection between the ink cartridge and the nozzle ink column was well sealed. After all the problems were solved, the problem was easily resolved.
3.The ECO solvent machine is jammed
This fault can usually be resolved by phone or video communication to help customers. I will first analyze whether it is a stepper motor fault, as the entire paper feeding process of the camera is driven by the stepper motor. When the stepper motor malfunctions, such as damage to the motherboard or sensor failure, it can lead to the problem of the camera not feeding the paper. It is also possible that the paper jam in the photo machine is due to an abnormality in the paper feeding system. In general, when there are debris blocking the paper feeding platform of the photo machine, the photo machine will encounter a problem of not feeding the paper; In addition, when the paper feeder of the photo machine malfunctions and does not work, it can also cause abnormal paper feeding of the photo machine. At this point, it is necessary to check the paper feeding system, clean abnormal links, and replace faulty components. If both of the above operations have not solved the problem, I will ask the customer to check if it is a problem with the paper roller. There is a component in the photo machine called the "paper roller", which is used to ensure that the photo machine's paper is smooth and not skewed. However, when the paper roller does not rotate or is pressed too tightly, it can also cause the photo machine to not run smoothly, and even cause the paper to not run. At this point, test to see if there is a problem with the paper roller and make timely adjustments or replacements.
4. The issue of rendering virtual images on machines
This type of issue is also a common customer complaint we receive, usually in the working environment temperature is a common factor that causes blurring in the production of machines. If the temperature is too low or too high, it can affect the quality of machines. Therefore, we generally recommend maintaining the working environment temperature of photo machines at 15 ℃ -30 ℃. In addition, the clogged nozzle of the photo machine is also the reason for the false printing of the photo machine, so we will also ask customers to check if the spraying is blocked. In addition, the daily maintenance of the machine requires regular cleaning of the nozzle.
5. The color deviation of the machine output image
Many customers have reported that there is a deviation in the actual printed color, which is actually quite serious as it will affect the final product sales. The conventional method is to first determine whether the drawing mode is selected incorrectly. There are two main color modes in current mapping software, one is RGB and the other is CMYK. RGB has a wide color gamut and is a color mode for electronic images; CMYK has a narrow color gamut, which is a color mode for printing images. When the printed image is in RGB mode, it is inevitable that there will be color deviation when printing and outputting. If the printing mode is correct, then check if the nozzle is running through ink. The nozzle is a precision accessory that will wear and tear normally after prolonged use, leading to the problem of ink running through the nozzle. If different colors are mixed up when the nozzle is inked, it can cause color deviation in the printed output image. If so, then the nozzle needs to be replaced in a timely manner.
